The gastronomy of our city of iquitos is considered one of the best. Our gastronomy has different typical dishes mixed with its very traditional flavors, with ingredients and spices of the region. Its food is valued as a tourist and economic attraction. It has a range of exotic flavors influenced by its location in the Peruvian amazon. TACACHO Tacacho is a typical dish of Peruvian cuisine originating from the Peruvian jungle area and widely spread throughout the rest of the country.
