LIKES AND DISLIKES

I like many things as well as I do not like some and then I will mention some

I really like traveling and getting to know new places, their cultures and customs; among the places that I have known are Tarapoto and its beautiful waterfalls, Chiclayo and its busy beaches, Lima, Chimbote and Yurimaguas. Of all the places I visited, I liked the city of Tarapoto the most. I also like to listen to music while doing my daily things and one of my favorite singers is Ha * Ash; I love doing different crafts of which I can use a little of my imagination

I don't like to cook because I'm a mess in the kitchen; I do not like to exercise; I do not like to pretend what I am not, nor to show what I do not have; I don't like being upset with other people.

The gastronomy of our city of iquitos is considered one of the best. Our gastronomy has different typical dishes mixed with its very traditional flavors, with ingredients and spices of the region. Its food is valued as a tourist and economic attraction. It has a range of exotic flavors influenced by its location in the Peruvian amazon. TACACHO Tacacho is a typical dish of Peruvian cuisine originating from the Peruvian jungle area and widely spread throughout the rest of the country. For the preparation of the tacacho we need green banana roasted, cooked or Fried, which is crushed and mixed with oil or lard and salt to taste. TACACHO WITH CECINA The tacacho can be accompanied by different types of meat the most common is to be accompanied with cecina this is a dried pork meat, and also with cocona salad.
